The North Carolina Ports new web-based Navis N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) provides real-time information to our customers. A registered user with the click of a button has access to this information through our Customer Access Portal (CAP) with editing and/or inquiry access. The system is also capable of providing reports on information regarding container transactions, chassis, gate activity and export bookings for the Port of Wilmington. CAP also allows for online booking and online payments and offers customizable vessel monitoring reports.
